We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. Een authentiek huis uit 1850, midden in het historisch centrum van het gezellige Muiden. Het is een sfeervol huis met twee slaapkamers, eigen keuken en badkamer, woonkamer, eetkamer en een riante zonnige tuin. Dichtbij het Muiderslot ( Amsterdam Castle). Veel restaurants, gratis parkeer gelegenheid, dichtbij strand van het IJsselmeer, vlakbij mooie wandel & fietsroutes. Binnen 30 minuten bent u in het centrum van Amsterdam! Met de bus van Muiden P+R ( 15 min lopen) of met de trein vanuit Weesp.

Midden in de natuur met een prachtig uitzicht op de polder. - vrijstaand met parkeerplaats - Twee werkplekken (goede internet/ glasvezel) - Trampoline - Vuurplek Een ideale locatie om het beste van de Nederlanden te ontdekken. Ingebed in de groene weilanden. Een mooie gelegenheid om dit middeleeuwse landschap te verkennen (wandelen / fietsen)

Bed on board in Amsterdam, with bikes ; -)

Aan boord van ons zelf gebouwde woonschip hebben we in het ‘vooronder’ een gastenkamer gemaakt. Er is uitzicht op breed water, een overdekt eigen zitje buiten en als je wil, neem je zo een duik vanuit het appartement. De boot ligt in het Oostelijk Havengebied van Amsterdam, de stedenbouwkundig veel geroemde wijk vlakbij het centrum. Voel je welkom op deze mooie plek en ontdek onze mooie stad per fiets (bij de prijs inbegrepen) of wandel door onze mooie buurt. Alle voorzieningen zijn vlakbij.

The location is very popular and central, situated near the lovely town of Monnickendam, typical Dutch surroundings, and Amsterdam. A 20-minute journey via public transportation takes you to Amsterdam. There are plenty of excellent restaurants close to the houseboat! - The boat's location may vary throughout the year - This boat is not intended for self-navigation

Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Garden view Studio in family home

This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

Sleepover Diemen

De studio ligt in het centrum van Diemen, bij het winkelcentrum met supermarkten en restaurants. Je loopt in 5 minuten naar openbaar vervoer: trein of tram en je staat binnen 20 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam. De bus brengt je rechtstreeks in 20 minuten naar de Ziggo Dome, JC Arena en AFAS theater. De studio is van alle gemakken voorzien, een patio, eigen entree, een gratis privé parkeerplek. Met een badkamer, koffiecorner, koelkast, laptopkluis, tv, tweepersoons bed en Wifi.

Tiny House op unieke locatie en dichtbij Amsterdam

We verwelkomen je graag in onze tiny house in de unieke wijk De Realiteit, waar meerdere bijzondere woningen staan als resultaat van een ontwerpwedstrijd. De ruimte is helemaal voor jezelf en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Een tweepersoonsbed, badkamer en keukentje (met combi magnetron, inductiekookplaat en een mini koelkast). Ook is er een terras en kun je voor de deur parkeren. De omgeving biedt prachtige natuur, je loopt naar het water en en je reist eenvoudig naar Amsterdam.

Near Amsterdam, you will find this unique private house surrounded by characteristic Dutch water landscape. The house is completely corona proof. The house has two floors, downstairs the living room with a modern kitchen with terrace and an upstairs with the bedroom with a freestanding bath. The spectacular view of the water immidiatly transforms the mind after a visit in Amsterdam. From this quiet area it is only 10 minutes by public transport to the Central Station in Amsterdam.

Old pump station for 2 adults & 2 max 12 year olds

This building was part of the Amsterdam water purification plants in the 1970s. In 2006, two of the original pumping stations were preserved. Located just 15 minutes from the city centre, this hotel offers a balance between tranquillity and dynamism. A supermarket and lunchroom are within walking distance, ideal for a relaxing start to the day. This special accommodation is 21 metres long and perfect for a romantic stay for two or a family with children up to 12 years old.

In een landelijke omgeving, op een unieke plek in de Randstad, staat vakantiehuisje Casa Petite. Van oorsprong een oude schuur, maar vernieuwd, verduurzaamd en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het staat vrij, heeft een eigen terras met tuin en privé parkeerplaats. Dichtbij is veel cultuur, natuur, strand en Amsterdam. Voor 12,50 EUR p.p.p.d. maken wij een lekker ontbijt voor je.
