All the bedrooms are Air Conditioned and have an attached bathroom. While being very well connected, the house is tucked away in a tranquil neighbourhood.

The entire first floor studio room is for guests. The guests has to follow all the house rules. Recent Aadhar of each should be provided as ID proof. In the ground floor hosts staying. It includes Living room, mini kitchen, walking wardrobe, bath tub bathroom, terrace garden area, and beautiful garden view balcony with separate entrance no sharing concepts. No parties allowed. Its 7.5 km & 8 km from Mysuru Palace and railwa station. No food facility. Swiggy & zomato works here

Every apartment comes with Two AC rooms. Apartment has only 2 floors So there's no Lift. Car parking available upto 12 cars. ( Open parking ).
