Chy Noweth ,a peaceful escape with parking

Chy noweth is part of my home with a private back door entrance with a key safe on the outside wall. The space inside is totally private and for your use only. The patio area is for your use and the garden area is shared with myself. There is a kettle and coffee machine in the small utility area as well as a under counter fridge. I will supply tea, coffee ,biscuits and milk for your arrival. There are no cooking facilities but restaurants are plentiful in nearby St. Ives , Hayle and Marazion.

Quiet annexe in a separate part of our house at the end of a cul-de-sac. Well behaved dogs welcome, throws provided for sofa. Close to the fabulous Hayle beaches. Enter the annexe via own entrance, off street parking, double bed and separate living area with a kitchenette (fridge, 2 ring electric hob, microwave, toaster), fold out dining table/workspace and storage. NO OVEN OR FREEZER IN ANNEXE WiFi and Sky TV Milk, tea & coffee provided on arrival. Great for exploring West Cornwall

The Bolt Hole Spacious,studio accommodation.

The Bolt Hole is a purpose built studio apartment, perfect for couples. 5 minutes walk to Hayle railway station , Foundry Square with its shops and restaurants . Close to the stunning Gwithian and Godrevy surfing beaches. The spacious open plan has a fully fitted kitchen, ample comfy seating,a breakfast bar, smart t.v.,WiFi and a separate bathroom with walk in shower. Outside there is ample private parking and a patio area with seating that affords the afternoon and evening sun.

The Flat

This is a self-contained flat with private access, a kitchen, newly refurbished toilet/shower room, spacious bedroom with small seating area and kingsize bed. Ideal for a couple or single person. The property is at the rear of a family home with off road parking and own private access. There are newly fitted double glazed french doors opening into an outside area with seats and small table allowing for alfresco dining. It is south facing so you enjoy the sunshine all day.

Check in: 4pm, Check out: 10am. Kerensa is a lovely private annexe, in the heart of Carbis Bay, minutes from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Kerensa is located on a peaceful, residential road and guests have sole use of the purpose built annexe, with private access, small garden patio and a designated driveway for parking one car. Owners, Karen and Brian, will happily provide suggestions for places to visit and dine, directions and help with any queries.

The Courtyard Studio, Hayle (Private Parking)

A simple, private ground-floor flat, with own entrance and small courtyard, situated in the centre of Hayle. This is an ideal location for exploring West Cornwall, just a few miles from St.Ives, that would make a perfect base for couples and solo travellers alike. The Studio is owned by Carole and Maurice who live in the apartment above. They have owned guesthouses all of their lives and will ensure you have a wonderful stay.

This bright ground floor Flat is 10 minutes walk from the beautiful beaches and sand dunes of St Ives Bay. It's a 5 minute walk from Hayle train station. There is off street Parking for 1 car in front of the property. You are close to many great local cafes and restaurants. You are a 1 minute walk from an outside Lido, with summer opening. 1 minutes walk to the local bus stop with routes to Penzance, Truro and St. Ives
