Quiet Country Setting with Pond

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located in a partially wooded area with a pond and no near neighbors. Recently completely renovated with no stone left unturned. Sit on the deck in peace and quiet while you enjoy your coffee. Fenced in yard for your pet. Listen to nature and see Amish life pass by daily. There are no TVs or WIFi. The inside is done with the remodel. We are still doing some last minute touches to the outside like putting a fence around the pond, planting grass

Cozy, relaxing hideaway!

Meticulously kept 2 bedroom home. 1.2 miles away from the historical downtown of Rockville. Located close to Turkey run state park and Raccoon Lake. Half a mile away is Billie Creek Covered Bridge,famously known for the Covered Bridge festival. Make sure you visit all the historical covered bridges. A little town of Rockville has numerous antique stores. Great location for bike rides and walks and stargazing from the back patio. This is a must-see at this peaceful and centrally-located place.

It has so much natural light beaming in through the 7 sliding doors, along with access to a private dock and is minutes away from a boat ramp. The calm morning waters are perfect for fishing or a morning paddle board around the lake.

Spacious lake cottage just one lot from the lakefront in a quiet wooded Raccoon Lake neighborhood. The property features a great room & a large screened-in side deck and open deck, a second living room & spacious kitchen providing plenty of room for guests to mingle and spread out. Exit the front door, take the path to shared stairs to the cove and in minutes you can be at the seawall on a beautiful, serene lake cove (access must be requested at the time of rental and incurs a $15/day fee).

The Martin House Rental

The Martin house is a perfect getaway for small town festivities. The home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The downstairs bedrooms have queen beds, the upstairs bedrooms have a king or 2 twin beds. The sofa also makes a full bed. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and there is a Weber gas grill on the back patio. The garage has a pool table, tv, comfy seating. The spacious 4 acre outdoor area has a fire pit and picnic table.
