Access to beach via private walkway or a short flat stroll to estuary. We also provide disabled access and facilities. We are minutes away from beautiful hikes, waterholes , swimming and picnic spots .Our property is on a peninsula between a beautiful Estuary and a lovely surf beach . Famous Hot Water beach, and Cathedral Cove are thirty minutes away

Bird's Nest - Straw-bale Studio at Hot Water Beach

The perfect place on the Coromandel Peninsula for a couple to escape to. This unique straw-bale studio is a magical place to stay. Overlooking farmland and Hot Water Beach, you can enjoy the view from the comfort of your bed. You'll be close enough to the beach to hear the waves crashing and even hear kiwi in the nearby bush. Please note that the beach is NOT a "4 min walk" away as advertised on our listing (we are working to remove this). Our studio is approximately 1.5km from the beach.

Pauanui Farm - idyllic hideaway

This beautiful and private holiday home is set on a peaceful little farm surrounded by native bush with panoramic wide open views. Sit back, relax and enjoy some quiet days away in this spacious and tastefully furnished studio providing you with a fully equipped kitchen, powerful rain head shower, super comfortable bed and free unlimited wifi. Beaches, hiking tracks, waterholes, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes are very close by. The perfect base for exploring the Coromandel Peninsula.
