We are located on 1.5 miles of private Bulkley River frontage and world class fishing. It is 5 minute walk to the river. This is a quiet rural setting 10 minutes to Smithers. The neighbourhood is quiet with beautiful views and great walking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing opportunities. You will have your own private entrance with full kitchen and bath, and in-suite laundry. We are a family of 4, plus Piper the indoor dog and Diesel the outdoor dog. They are friendly and loves belly rubs. We live upstairs with 2 teens, who occasionally have friends over after school or weekends, typical family noise expected, but we are respectful.
