Braidholm is our home on Skye. It's a 19th century building, warm and cosy. Step in from the weather and hunker down in the comfy sofa in front of a log fire. The kitchen is cottage style, with everything you'd expect in a modern home. Two bedrooms upstairs (kingsize in one, twins in the other, all with Egyptian Cotton, 400 thread-count linen) with sea views . Two bathrooms upstairs (one ensuite), a toilet downstairs. Private garden plus parking for 2 cars. 300m from the centre of Portree.

A twist on the more conventional ‘pod’, the cabin features a curved wood interior entered from an arched doorway in front of which is situated a perfectly appointed king sized bed with amazing views of the Trottenish Ridge and the croft (farmland) that surrounds the property. Ideally positioned to discover the North end of the beautiful Isle of Skye. 4miles fromm Portree and 11 miles from Uig ferry terminal which gives access to the outer isles. With a regular bus service passing the door. Pod has a small double bed and a fully equipped kitchen, full size under counter fridge, 2 ring hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. Also has smart tv and Wi-Fi for cosy evenings in. Bed linen / towels provided Minimum of 2 nights stay. No Infants / Children No pets.

Gate Lodge on Conservation Farm Isle of Skye

Opened in January 2020, the Gate Lodge is a charming octagon with plenty of original character. Warm and well-equipped, it has been completely renovated and sits within the grounds of a working conservation farm. Strictly No Smoking. Only a ten minute walk from Loch Bay Restaurant, the Stein Inn, Skyeskyns and Diver's Eye, the lodge is surrounded by nature and wildlife with stunning views. It offers the perfect, peaceful break. The Wee Skye Lodge

Short Term Let Licence: HI-30565-F Lovely wee lodge with fantastic panoramic glen views. The lodge is fully equipped with corner sofa, digital TV with DVD player, kitchenette (no cooking facilities except microwave), double bed (bedding included), electric heating, hot water, dining table and full bathroom with electric shower. There is a fire pit for guests outside (please supply your own firewood / kindling etc) The Wee Skye Lodge is 4 miles from Portree.
