It has its own decking enjoying fantastic beach/sea views and is only a stone's throw from Perranporth's golden, sandy surfing beach. It is also very close to village amenities. It contains everything you will need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Wi-fi & smart TV. Private parking to rear. No cleaning fees. The coastal footpath is just outside our front gate. Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

This stunning one-bedroom annexe is ideally located between Falmouth's two best beaches: Gyllyngvase Beach, just a 5-minute walk and Swanpool Beach, a 10-minute stroll. The vibrant town centre is also a 10-minute walk. Inside, you'll find beautiful beamed ceilings adding character to this idyllic retreat. A great place from which to start your exploration of the Roseland Penninsula and the rest of cornwall. The local pub is a mere stumble down the road. There are wonderful coastal and country walks , just minutes away from An Bowgy. Our beaches Pendower & Carne are just over a mile away ,when the tide is out it becomes one beach .
