All 4 seasons are beautiful here. Pro tip: Wake up early and observe the beautiful sunrise over the ocean. It is totally worth getting up early and will not disappoint.

Located in the majestic forest of mount agamenticus, the extensive trail system is off our road. Short drive to the Ogunquit/ york beaches, outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

The Canopy is one of 5 luxurious tiny homes that make up Littlefield Retreat, a tranquil woodland village of 3 treehouses and 2 hobbit houses – each with its own private hot tub and dock. Step outside to enjoy a large fenced backyard, spacious deck with BBQ grill, and sparkling in-ground pool—perfect for summer fun, fall gatherings, or simply relaxing after a day at the beach.

3 night Min. stay 6/1 to Labor day. Cottage #2 is a classic one-bedroom with soothing beach colors and well-appointed with comfortable furnishings and updated finishes. It is outfitted with vintage and modern decor mixed in. The cottage has a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans and utensils for those times when you may just want to stay in and cook. Private fenced backyard with a gas grill, table and chairs. Just a short 5-minute walk, to the beach. Yes we allow pets.

Perfect place for one or two people who will spend most of their time enjoying our local trails, beaches, and restaurants before returning to this comfortable and quiet space.

If you see a 14 day minimum, it’s only to prevent the reservation from leaving a single night open. Unless the trip is within the next few weeks, we appreciate it if guests don't book trips that leave a single night open. ✨ ✨To simplify things we typically do not negotiate rates.✨
