La magica baita sul torrente

Magia è la parola che la maggior parte delle persone usa quando visita questo gioiello nascosto. Costruito nel 1939 come capanno da pesca da un gentiluomo che incorporò vagoni merci come travi e travetti, le date sono ancora visibili dalla rimozione della soffitta. Di gran lunga il posto migliore in cui abbia mai vissuto. Ho deciso di condividerlo con altri che amano esplorare, che amano ascoltare la voce del torrente o che vengono solo per sedersi sul portico in alto sopra il torrente con un coniuge, un amico, la famiglia o da soli. Per dormire meglio, apri la finestra della camera da letto!

Il Cross Creek Luxury Couples Cabin è un rifugio romantico unico nel suo genere, per due persone, a soli 5 km dalla Blueridge Parkway. Dalla sua sospensione dal design unico sopra un torrente, al sentiero illuminato che attraversa i boschi e che sale fino alla baita tra gli alberi, dando la sensazione di essere in una vera casa sull'albero, a 3 ampi ponti per rilassarsi e godersi la natura e i suoni del torrente ruggente sotto di te, fino ai lussuosi servizi a bizzeffe dentro e fuori. Il tutto in un ambiente appartato e privato a pochi minuti dalla città!

Triple Crown Cabin con laghetto delle trote!

Incredibile chalet artigianale situato nel centro della "Tripla Corona di Roanoke" (McAfee's Knob, Tinker Cliffs e Dragon's Tooth Trail) a pochi minuti dall'inizio di ogni sentiero. La baita è nascosta da tutto. Dalla baita non si vedono altre case. La baita si affaccia su un bellissimo laghetto con una piccola cascata. La baita è stata costruita in modo sostenibile con alberi provenienti dagli 8 ettari su cui si trova. L'inizio del sentiero McAfee's Knob dista 10 minuti, mentre quello di Andy Layne fino alle scogliere Tinker Cliffs dista 9 minuti.

Rifugio in una baita del XVIII secolo

Goditi la nostra baita del XVIII secolo! Non li fanno più così Un lato costruito nel 1750, l'altro nel 1825. Siediti sotto la quercia bianca gigante e goditi l'aria di campagna. È un rifugio meraviglioso per rilassarsi. Goditi la piscina, i ferri di cavallo e il braciere. Nei mesi invernali, rilassati vicino alla stufa a legna o al caminetto con tronchi a gas. Nessun ANIMALE DOMESTICO!!! Per favore non portare i tuoi animali domestici. I proprietari vivono in loco, quindi se hai bisogno di qualcosa, per favore chiedi!

Full kitchen and dining as well as a furnished outdoor patio space with hot tub. The is an outdoor grill fire pit. A pontoon boat, 2 stand up paddleboards and 2 kayaks are available to rent. You are welcome to share the dock with us! It's a number of steps to get to the water, but well worth the walk back up.

Baita di Black Water Junction

Our cabin is built out of old wood and doors found on the farm. Because I am such a cold natured person, I installed heated floors and a heated towel bar in addition to the mini-split and electric fireplace! The cabin is surrounded by pastures that are the home to our cows, horses, goats, pot belly pig, and chickens. The highlight of a stay at BWJ Cabin would be to sit on the front porch in a rocking chair, day bed swing or hot tub looking out over the landscape and do nothing.

This secluded, 3 bedroom lakefront home was renovated In 2019. My late wife Gail and I installed a new kitchen, vinyl plank flooring, new well, and new decks (both wraparound and lower deck.) The home is located about an hours drive from Lynchburg, Roanoke or Danville. Enjoy our private dock and boat ramp for fishing, watercraft, swimming, and nature watching! Keep an eye out for wildlife, both great and small! Great Blue Herons, Eagles and Osprey are personal favorites!
