The 'Sea View House Platanias' (105 sq.m.) is located in the heart of the resort of Platanias, at the edge of the hill in the old village (Pano/Upper Platanias). In a few meters away there are restaurants, s/m, bars, beach bars as well as the sandy beach of Platanias or Agia Marina (a few min. by car). The house is perfect for couples, families or friends who are looking to explore West Crete. The Chania airport is 35 min away.

Our beautiful house lies in the district called Agioi Apostoloi, 4 km away from the center of Chania and only 600 m from the sandy beach. Easy access to the highway that will take you to the most famous beaches of Crete. The accommodation offers free parking. Really close to the house you can find a bakery, coffee shops, and restaurants. There are four sandy beaches within walking distance from the apartment that you can visit also the windy days this bays is ideal for families with children.

Ενα ήσυχο σπίτι 60τμ στο χωριό των Λάκκων, σε υψόμετρο 500 μέτρα, με ατμόσφαιρα παραδοσιακή, με ανεμπόδιστη θέα στα Λευκά Ορη της Κρήτης, με δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες, ένα μπάνιο και καθιστικό με κουζίνα, που φιλοξενεί 4 άτομα και το κατοικίδιό τους. Η ανατολή του ήλιου χτυπάει πρωί πρωί την αυλή και τα παράθυρα του σπιτιού και το λούζει με φως. 20 λεπτα από το φαράγγι της Σαμαριάς, 30 λεπτά από τα Χανιά και 60 λεπτά για τη Σούγια στο Λιβυκό Πέλαγος και 10 λεπτά από το πλησιέστερο σούπερμαρκετ.

Our cozy stone built home in the village "Kaloudiana Kissamos" is a perfect place for relaxing. We have renovated our grandparents home that was built in 1800 by our ancestors. It is in a perfect location close to the market of the village, at a distance of 200 meters. Away from the main road for quiet and relaxation! The narrow streets to get to the house impose a small car.
