Maison indépendante au coeur des vergers. Tout confort, grand terrain totalement isolé mais près de toutes les facilités du beau village d’Aubel. Quatre chambres de 2 personnes, équipées de la télévision ainsi qu’une salle de jeux/ bureau avec télévision également. Grand terrain avec 2 terrasses, salon de jardin, grand parking et barbecue en Corten. Cuisine totalement équipée. Pour un moment de déconnexion et de détente au calme et aux chants des oiseaux. Départ tardif le dimanche jusque 18h.

The house is situated in the middle of the river valley. High lights are castles, nature, old cities like Aachen, Heerlen, Maastricht and Valkenburg, steam train, zoo. All within driving distance.

Hier könnt Ihr Urlaub machen in reinster Form. Der Dutchtub bietet etwas Abenteuer für gross und klein ( Man muss ihn selber heizen mit Holz und das Feuer beaufsichtigen vielleicht mit nem Aperitif? Insgesamt dauert der Wärmeprozess +-4 Stunden je nach Jahreszeit! Bitte beachten nicht möglich bei Frost. Maximal 1 Hund

Das Ferienhaus "Bellerose" im "Maison de Greunebennet" erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen. Unten ist ein großzügiger Wohnbereich mit vollständig eingerichteter offener Küche mit Theke. Der Natursteinboden ist mit einer Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Im Obergeschoss sind zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Duschbad. Ein Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett (1,80x2,00m) und ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten (0,90x2,00m), welche man auch zusammenstellen kann, ausgestattet.

The apartment is on the second floor of an old limestone building, around 350 years old. You sleep right under the roof in a cosy little bedroom or on a convertible sofa. The Dutch and German border are both about 8 km away. On a truly beautiful spot in the hills of the "Pays de Herve" lies our old farmhouse (1850) with 3 nice holiday houses, each with stunning views of surroundings.
