My Dream house with views of the marsh and sunset

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.

Located directly on the water, on an estuary called Spinney Creek, part of the Piscataqua River. It is 1.5 miles to downtown Portsmouth, NH and less then 1 mile to the beautiful rejuvenated downtown Kittery.

The Kitchen is fully equipped and you will have the entire place for yourself . You will be in walking distance to the train station in dowtown Ipswich and biking distance to the beach and Crane's Castle. Also you can explore Cannoing or paddling on the nearby Ipswich River.

Enjoy the sun and sand! Comfortable 3 bedroom cottage, less than a 2 minute walk from the beach. 3 parking spaces available with the property. Short walk to Salisbury center which has arcades, beach pizza, several sit down restaurants, and a small pavilion with events regularly in the summer. Blue Ocean concert hall, Seaglass restaurant and event center, and Surfside restaurant are all located in the center.

From May to September, the CATA shuttle stops nearby, offering access to Crane Beach and Essex, known for its clams and antique shops.
