Situato nei boschi con paesaggi naturali e fauna locale. Un grande portico circonda una vasca idromassaggio nella parte anteriore della casa. Inoltre sono inclusi: braciere, griglia Big Green Egg e un intero capannone per giochi all'aperto completo di canestro da basket, tavolo da ping pong, freccette e altro ancora. La casa vanta una cucina commerciale e ha uno stile scandinavo.

La porta d'ingresso conduce a un open space che include un nuovissimo soggiorno arredato, una zona pranzo e una cucina con tutti gli elettrodomestici nuovi. Anche se il nostro cottage non si trova direttamente sul fiume, potrai godere di una vista parziale sul fiume e di un facile accesso a più punti lungo il fiume, tutti raggiungibili a piedi. Inoltre, siamo a pochi passi dal famoso Sweetwater Riverdeck and Marina, che è aperto stagionalmente e ospita eventi speciali durante tutto l'anno.
