The cottage is split into two separate units w/ separate amenities on opposite sides. We live on one side. Your stay is 100% private and does not have any internal access to ours.

The perfect little getaway situated near 2 lakes with public beaches and boat launches with in a short 3 minute walking distance or even shorter drive. Parry sounds 7 minutes away. there’s Restaurants near by and there’s also a 24 hour convenient store/gas station near by! The locations very nice to relax and explore what the area has to offer.

Welcome to this lovely getaway, our cozy cottage with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom, on quiet Henshaw Lake only 5 minutes driving from Port Carling in the heart of Muskoka. It's located at the end of the street and has a beautiful view over the lake and if you take the stairs down to the large dock you can have a nice drink in the comfortable Muskoka chairs, conquer the lake in a kayak, play on the big floating mat or enjoy the beautiful sunset creating your next memorable family vacation!

Bartwood Manor is a private couples retreat that offers a true Muskoka experience. We're a developing "micro farm", growing our own flowers, veggies, fruits & berries. We have a flock of laying hens that provide us with fresh eggs daily. Our pet family includes a mini pig (Newt!), a rabbit (Bonnie), quail, etc.

This studio room has all modern amenities which include 65” Smart TV, Netflix, microwave, keurig coffee maker, mini-fridge, toaster-oven, hot plate, barbecue and wall mounted fireplace. It has two beds and a full bathroom with seated shower. The waterfront has a shallow entry or you can jump in from the dock. A canoe, 2 kayaks & life jackets are for your use. End your night with a campfire.

Short distance to renowned hiking trails, Hardy Lake Park, Sawdust City & Clearlake Brewery, Muskoka Winery.
