The studio is part of a bigger traditional old Stone house, fully renovated and with great view to the harbour. One reaches the houses in 10-15 minutes walk (and stairs) from the port depending on each person's pace. Hydra is amphitheatricaly built and there are a lot of cobble stone stairs around town and leading up to the house so ...not for everyone! new mandatory government fee has been introduced: the “Climate Crisis Resilience Fee”, amountingto €8 per night for short-term accommodations

Beachfront Luxury bedroom apartment with unique sea view balcony, close to Nafplio in Kiveri village. Apartmetn is just on the beach, only few steps drive to a small beach. The apartment consist of a seperate bedrooom with double bed, a living room with full equipped kitchen, a single sofa bed and a duble sofa bed. It is an ideal location to relax on the sea and to visit in only few minutes away from Nafplio and the most ancient places in Argolis such as Mycenaes, Epidaurus, Tiryns, Argos.

Our apartment is a newly built seafront penthouse that offers stunning views to the sea and walking distance to the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people and it is perfect for a family/couple. The apartment has an open plan, living room area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & clothes drayer, and fully equipped bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom that has a queen size bed and a drawer. The living space opens to a huge seafront veranda.

Το διαμέρισμά μας βρίσκεται στο 2ο όροφο ενός υπέροχου κτιρίου στην οδό Σιδηράς Μεραρχίας σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο, μόλις 5 λεπτά (400m) με τα πόδια από την παλιά πόλη και 9 λεπτά (650m) με τα πόδια από την παραλία της Αρβανιτιάς. Είναι εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ανέσεις και θα σας προσφέρει μια ευχάριστη διαμονή. Η στάθμευση είναι σχετικά εύκολη καθώς μπορείτε να παρκάρετε στην οδό Σιδ.Μεραρχίας ή στα γύρω στενά. Σε κοντινή απόσταση λίγων μέτρων θα βρείτε super market, φαρμακείο, καφέ, φούρνο.

Nina's house was our grandmother's home.It was built in the 19th century. The renovation was done with full respect to all the old elements of the house and tried to preserve the special atmosphere of such a place, simple, but with all the essentials for a pleasant stay.

Renovated but conserving the authenticity and preservation. The large veranda looks over the old town and the Palamidi castle which is lit up at night.
