Questa graziosa villa si trova a Posedarje (a 20 km dalla città di Zara) ed è ideale per ospitare 6-7 persone. La superficie abitabile di 95 m² è suddivisa in un soggiorno con cucina completamente attrezzata, tre camere da letto con letti matrimoniali e un bagno con doccia. Il soggiorno si apre sull'ampia area esterna della villa di un totale di 400 m² dove si trovano una piscina, un parcheggio, terrazze coperte, una zona lounge per il relax e un gazebo con lettini prendisole. La piscina con una superficie totale di 45 m² è riscaldata. L'aria condizionata si trova nel soggiorno mentre le camere da letto sono dotate di ventilatori a soffitto e televisori incorporati. Altre caratteristiche di questo appartamento includono internet wireless, parcheggio, lavatrice, lavastoviglie e un'area esterna destinata al divertimento dove ci sono strutture come una piscina e un barbecue. Nel cortile della villa c'è abbastanza spazio per parcheggiare da 2 a 3 auto, tuttavia la strada di accesso al cortile è stretta, quindi se arriva un'auto più grande come un VAN, offriamo una soluzione di parcheggio all'inizio della strada. Ristoranti e negozi sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi (400 m).La spiaggia più vicina dista 850 metri, così come il centro cittadino, dove troverete servizi quali negozi, negozi di souvenir, panetterie, ristoranti e bar notturni. Un luogo interessante che consigliamo di visitare è la Via Crucis lunga 2,5 km, che inizia nelle immediate vicinanze della villa. La Via Crucis ha 14 stazioni e termina a 200 m sul livello del mare, dove c'è un punto panoramico con vista sul mare di Novigrad e sulla catena montuosa del Velebit.
