Situata su una strada di campagna, la casa offre molto spazio per riposarsi dopo aver visitato il Lago di Ginevra, i laghi di Lauderdale, fatto un giro in bicicletta a Kettle Moraine o visitato la zona. Si trova vicino al quartiere fieristico della contea di Walworth, dove si tengono il mercato delle pulci, Das Fest e Rib Fest. Questa è la vita di campagna, con un sacco di opportunità per godersi gli splendidi spazi aperti o la pace e la tranquillità della campagna.

Un accogliente rifugio appartato come essere "a nord" senza dover salire a nord. Tranquilla strada privata e tranquillo lago. Ottimo nuoto e pesca al largo del molo in questo lago dal fondo sabbioso con acqua pulita di sorgente e ampia area erbosa per giochi sul prato e relax. Ideale per famiglie, ritiri per donne, gruppi di golf o frequentatori di concerti. A soli 5 minuti dai negozi di alimentari. Un sacco di spazio in casa, e un sacco di spazio per trascorrere del tempo fuori sul ponte o sul molo o sul prato vicino al lago. Non esitare a contattarci!

Questo posto memorabile è tutt' altro che ordinario! Appartamento unico e recentemente ristrutturato con 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno all'interno di una splendida struttura di allenamento per cavalli. Guarda i cavalli fuori dalla finestra della tua camera da letto. Due finestre in ogni camera da letto si affacciano sulle bancarelle di cavalli, all'interno del fienile e su una splendida vista all'aperto. Splendidi sentieri per passeggiare e godersi la tranquillità della natura e dei cavalli. Questo posto è diverso da qualsiasi cosa tu abbia mai visto.

Abbiamo costruito questa opera d'arte per far sì che i nostri ospiti si immergano in tutti i comfort, dai pavimenti riscaldati agli altoparlanti a soffitto, il tutto mentre si perdono nel camino a legna. A WithInnReach, l'attenzione ai dettagli è stata fondamentale, con un'enfasi su ciò che ci piace: cibo incredibile preparato in una cucina ben bilanciata, un suono meraviglioso grazie agli altoparlanti Klipsch e relax con docce a pavimento. Goditi tutto al massimo.

Welcome to this beautifully remodeled 2 BR, 1 BA lake house located on Tichigan Lake & the Fox River in Waterford, WI. The house has a queen bed (BR1), a queen bunk bed with twin xl above (BR2), and 2 pullout couches (LR and Nook) to easily sleep up to 9 guests. New deck & patio completed in May, 2024! 30 minutes from downtown Milwaukee and Lake Geneva. A little over an hour from Chicago and Madison. Pontoon not available in 2026. You can rent by the hour at the local marina. ~$600 for 6 hrs.

There is a fire ring, weber grill, charcoal, picnic table, benches, porta potty and garbage/recycle bins. Enjoy peace and quiet served daily at Simply Maple, with no other tents in sight!
