Uitgevoerd met drie slaapkamers, badkamer met bad, open keuken en terrassen rondom, biedt U dit een geschikte uitvalsbasis voor Uw uitstapjes in de omgeving. Te voet, de fiets, de motor of op en in het water met de kano is het een plezier voor iedere vakantieganger! Laat U verwennen in de gezellige restaurantjes, barretjes en markten in en rondom het dorpje. Kortom,'a place to be'!

Chic Southern French Retreat, Pool, Views, Nature

L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

Le logement est dans un hameau au confluent du jaur ,de l'orb,et des gorges d'heric, accès à la baignade a 5mn a pieds .Vous pourrez également participer à différentes activités :randonnées escalade, VTT,canoë .... Il se compose d une grande chambre avec lit en 140 et une belle pièce à vivre avec cuisine équipée

Under our timber-framed house, we rent out a 25m² studio with a private 12m² terrace, a picnic table with a parasol, and an electric plancha. The accommodation was built in 2019. . Enjoy a magnificent view of the valley, the Orb River, and the mountains. Located in the heart of the Haut Languedoc Regional Park, you can experience canyoning, climbing, mountain biking, hiking, and canoeing. Whether by bike or on foot, you can explore the Greenway . In Cathar country, we offer you a life experience deep in the forest, in the mountains, where wildlife also shares the place... ideal for recharging your batteries far from the constraints and stress of city life. You will find in the chalet all the comforts, and Wi-Fi available. Cool in summer (possibility of snow in February).
