Ti diamo il benvenuto nel nostro alloggio con 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno. Siamo a pochi minuti dallo storico villaggio di Schoharie e a 45 minuti dalla regione della capitale e da Cooperstown. Offriamo viste panoramiche, accesso al prato intorno all'alloggio, posti a sedere all'aperto e parcheggio (due auto). Il nostro Airbnb è completamente attrezzato con asciugamani, biancheria da letto, articoli da toeletta, asciugacapelli, utensili da cucina, smart TV da 55 pollici, lettino pieghevole e seggiolone portatile. Ci sono 13 gradini per entrare nell'Airbnb. GLI OSPITI DEVONO ESSERE IN GRADO DI SALIRE LE SCALE SENZA ASSISTENZA.

Appartamento luminoso e soleggiato con 2 camere da letto

Si tratta di un appartamento con due camere da letto, situato sopra il garage/corridoio e la cucina della nostra casa principale, dove viviamo io e mia moglie. Di recente ho ristrutturato la cucina e le camere da letto e le ho completamente arredate. L'ingresso è indipendente e si accede tramite una scala esterna. Il riscaldamento è ad aria calda a gas, mentre il raffreddamento avviene tramite condizionatori a finestra. A circa 35 minuti da Saratoga Springs, dalla pista e dal Performing Arts Center. A 10 minuti dall'Union College. C'è solo un box doccia. Niente vasca.

Il nostro cottage si trova in un ambiente idilliaco di montagna circondato da una vista spettacolare e mozzafiato. La proprietà di 7 acri vanta uno stagno sereno rifornito di koi, carpa e pesce d'oro che può essere visto dal portico avvolgente. Si trova nelle immediate vicinanze di numerose opzioni per la ristorazione e attività come la nautica, la pesca, le escursioni e l'antiquariato nei negozi locali e nei mercati delle pulci.
