A cozy appartment( 45sq.m) in front of the sea of Perea. Fully renovated in 2021.The speed of wifi is 200 mbps!!! The bus station is 30 meters away. There is a supermarket 80 meters away. You will find a lot of beach bars, traditional taverns and playgrounds while walking at the sidewalk in front of the house. It's on the first floor. We will be glad to offer you our olive oil, olives and seasonal fruit and vegetables. walking around you will appreciate the typical vegetation of our area.

Wonderful stone built maisonette, with wood elements, 200 meters distance from the see. The house consists of 2 floors 105qm in total and is fully equipped to provide you all the amenities you need. The first floor consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and of course the balcony with see view. The second floor is luscious attic comprises of a master bedroom and a bathroom.
