Michalis Apartment is modern and comfortable ideal for couples or families, located at the heart of Kos Town, overlooking the harbour, very close to all kinds of shops and points of interest. The central beach is only 250m away.The Dolphin Square and the harbour is 50m away. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, a balcony, a living area with one sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and W/C. Wi-Fi and air condition is also included free of charge.

Μείνετε σε αυτόν τον μοναδικό χώρο και απολαύστε μια αξέχαστη διαμονή το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο ρετιρέ στον δεύτερο όροφο με πολύ όμορφη θέα τη θάλασσα και το βουνό από το σαλόνι του σπιτιού καί την ευρύχωρη βεράντα είναι νέος ανακαινισμένος χώρος ο οποίος έχει 1 διπλό κρεβάτι και 1 καναπέ κρεβάτι για 1- 2παιδια μεγάλη κουζίνα .πλυντήριο ρούχων και γωνιακή μπανιέρα . επίσης έχει κοινή πισίνα και εστιατόριο.το σπίτι βρίσκετε εντός ενοικιαζόμενων δωματίων στο ρετιρέ ηχομονομενο με εκπληκτική θέα .

Sea-side cozy little home with patio

Enjoy the patio where you can relax by the sea and the amazing view. Take literally 10 steps and swim (however the beach has some rocks, not sand). You could even fish from the balcony if you are equipped! Walking distance from some great tarvernas. There's a bus stop nearby and it's next to the cycling/pedestrian road that leads to Kos town center or on the opposite side to Therma and more great beaches.

Welcoming place where you can enjoy the magical view of our island. You will need a car or scooter to get around. It is located on the first floor with independent entrance, terraces, 2 large bedrooms with airconditions, living room, hall, private bathroom and electric kitchen.
