New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

The Loft - Monte Vista

Our garage loft is a renovated and refurnished 900sf apartment. Clean, simple spaces and furnishings make for a relaxing getaway. We are in the Monte Vista Historic District, a 1-mile square walkable neighborhood 3 miles north of downtown and a 1.5 miles from the Pearl District. Our main house is a 1914 Prairie Style residence sheltered by the largest oak tree in San Antonio. We are happy to share our back yard, pool pavilion, and pool during our guests' stays.

The Historic Nix House Loft-Riverwalk/Downtown

Stay in a new loft studio apartment situated in a restored 19th century carriage house behind our main home. Across the street from the River Walk, with full amenities, a grocery store, and dozens of restaurants nearby, to walk the city, enjoy the River Walk, visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site-the San Antonio Missions, and the Alamo. From here you also can explore over 100 miles of greenway trails by bike or on foot. No cleaning fee!
