Se vieni a pescare, il lago e il fiume sono nelle vicinanze e puoi parcheggiare la tua barca nella proprietà recintata. I proprietari vivono nella proprietà, ma non sono invadenti. Anche Charlie il cane vive in questa proprietà, ed è molto socievole. Affacciati sulla città di Oroville con una splendida vista e sulle Buttes. A pochi minuti dall'Ospedale e dal Gold Country Casino Resort. Diversi sentieri per escursioni nelle vicinanze.
