Rilassati e ricaricati in quest' oasi di quiete ed eleganza. Il nostro moderno Bungalō si trova nella pittoresca città di La Ribera, a solo un'ora dall'aeroporto di San Jose Del Cabo. Dispone di 2 camere da letto con letti king-size e 2 bagni. Abbiamo una cucina completa e una TV in ogni stanza. La spiaggia dista circa 2 minuti in auto o 15 minuti a piedi. C'è una piscina/vasca idromassaggio e un braciere per il complesso. L'area di East Cape Baja è nota per le acque cristalline e il Parco nazionale di Cabo Pulmo dista solo 30 minuti in auto.

Casita con giardino privato e tranquillo

Questo piccolo gioiello dispone di un patio e di un giardino privato. Si trova a due minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, ampia, bella e praticamente deserta, ideale per nuotare. Eppure è vicino al centro della città, a pochi passi da ristoranti e fornitori di attività all'aperto. Ci rendiamo conto che viaggiare durante la pandemia può essere scoraggiante. Prendiamo molto sul serio la pulizia e l'igiene. Lasciamo almeno 2 giorni tra un ospite e l'altro. In questo periodo, puliremo, igienizzeremo e ventileremo la proprietà.

Dai materiali e colori che celebrano la cultura locale alla luce naturale, godrai di una grande cucina, 4 camere da letto, 3 bagni completi e un tavolo da biliardo professionale a grandezza naturale di fronte a un ampio soggiorno. All'esterno c'è una griglia all'aperto, un ampio patio, una piscina e persino una terrazza panoramica sul tetto e un bar.

Night rate is for 2 guets. Free parking is 2 blocks away from the house. Unit not set up for children under 10 years old. Beach chairs, umbrella and towels available. The unit sits in the same lot as the shark shack and surf hut, is located near a restaurant and dive shop and has potential for some generator noise.

Joyita del Sur (Jewel of the South) is a private casita just steps away from a gorgeous beach on the Sea of Cortez. Watch both the sunset and sunrise from the beach! Q bed with foam mattress and soft linens. A/C and ceiling fans in both bedroom and kitchen. Ample closet space with shelves/hangers. Kitchen has stove, frig, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and all utensils. 20 minute drive to town on a rough road so a rental car is suggested. 2024 4-seater for rent, see “other” photos.

Our rustic adobe home is located just outside of La Ribera with stunning views of the Gulf of California (Sea of Cortez) and the Baja desert to the south. The region is in the foothills of Sierra de la Laguna, a UNESCO biosphere reserve. La Ribera is a small fishing community and gateway to Cabo Pulmo National Marine Park. Stunning 360-degree gulf and mountain views, and the sounds of the waves from the terrace. We are a 10-minute drive to the public beach and minutes to La Ribera centro.

We are a lovely property with 6 beautiful 1 bedroom casitas located in a private compound steps off the ocean in a tranquil neighborhood called Quinta Maria. We are a 5 minute drive to the village of Los Barriles and a 5 minute walk to Tres Palapas pickleball courts. All of our beautiful casitas have full kitchens, Wi-Fi, 55" TVs, A/C, king size beds, sofa, and large patios with tables and chaise lounges. We offer light housekeeping. Adults only no pets. Come enjoy our unique property.

One bedroom house with king bed and two roll-away beds available upon request -for a fee-, insert # of guests for rates. The roll away beds go in the bedroom. Well stocked with kitchen utensils. Enjoy sunrises from the view deck and unwind in the rocking chairs. Beach chairs, umbrella and towels are provided. Unit not set up for children under 10 years old. Night rate is for 2 guests. Only one A/C can be ON at a time, and it can be On for a maximum of 16 hours per day.
