Situated just north of Durango, Unit 340 is only a couple of minutes from world class skiing at Purgatory Ski resort and is also right at the start of the breathtaking drive to Silverton. This cozy studio style unit has a queen sized bed, double recliner couch, and roll-away twin bed. Upon arrival, our guests will be welcomed with a fully stocked kitchen, a bathroom with a jetted jacuzzi-style bathtub, and a wood burning fireplace. Enjoy your stay in our mountaintop condo. This two bedroom, one bath space is perfect for a small family or a few friends. Enjoy coffee with views of the Animas Valley, warm up next to the fireplace or soak in the 4-person hot tub. we have a full kitchen and bathroom. There's a king bedroom and a queen bedroom. We also have a small dinette in the living room for enjoying meals. There's a smart TV with streaming services, a record player, a karaoke microphone, a portable speaker, card games and puzzles for entertainment.

Our home is close to the historic downtown, Fort Lewis College, and a long list of outdoor activities. This eclectic 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in the Angelhaus complex at Purgatory Resort in Durango, Colorado. It's just a short walk from the main ski lifts and Mountain Village which offers shopping, dining & activities. We recently did several upgrades to our unit including a remodel of both bathrooms and new flooring. Our unit is at the end of the first floor which makes it very convenient for coming and going with skis in the winter and bikes in the summer.
