When you sit on the platform of the apartment to enjoy the beautiful lake Wakatipu view, you can see the magnificent mountains of the Remarkabls, and just beneath the apartment, there is a winding footpath through the grove along lake shore. The lake and mountains and trees add radiance and beauty to each other in landscape view.
