Sono installati nuovi AC, Frige, TV, tostapane, Aqua Guard, ecc. Il complesso dispone di piscina ma al momento NON è operativa. L'ascensore nell'edificio non è attualmente disponibile, quindi non adatto a persone disabili. Tutte le Regole stabilite da AIRBNB sono applicabili.
