A beautiful place to take it easy at this unique and tranquil cottage. Tucked back in the foot hills of Shade Mountain where there are public trails for exploring. At times you may also see some wildlife.

Cottage a Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. PLEASE let me know in advance if you will need the sofabed set up.

Serene setting 4 miles from Beaver Stadium & Bryce Jordan Center, 12 miles from world renowned Fisherman's Paradise @ Spring Creek. There is a 2 night minimum for PSU game weekends. Casa con 4 camere da letto e 2 bagni recentemente ristrutturata, completata nell'aprile 2018! Il seminterrato è stato recentemente ristrutturato, nel gennaio 2021. Può ospitare 10-12 persone e si trova a soli 8 km dal campus della Penn State. La grande cucina a vista e l'ampio cortile con terrazza sono perfetti per intrattenere gli ospiti. Come bonus aggiuntivo, il seminterrato rifinito con sala ricreativa offre un sacco di spazio in più.

Il nostro chalet è tranquillamente nascosto in un ambiente privato, ma comodamente situato vicino a una caffetteria, diversi ristoranti, minimarket e al fiume Juniata. Rilassati sul portico anteriore o posteriore, nella vasca idromassaggio o vicino al caminetto interno! Il nostro obiettivo è che il tuo soggiorno sia all'insegna del ringiovanimento e della connessione.

Its central location gives guests easy access to all that State College has to offer—2.9 miles from Beaver Stadium, 4.3 miles from Old Main, and 1.8 miles from groceries, restaurants, and shopping. The location is perfect for peace and quiet, while being very close to it all. This unit is detached and not part of the main house.
