4 NJ transit bus lines running from us to Time Square in about 20-30 minutes. 24/7 safe and friendly neighborhood. Your studio apartment is on 1st floor. New bathroom in a cozy 120 years old charming house. You will only have queen size bed if you booked for one or two guests. Daybed is only setting up after you booked for the third guests! You will share the main entrance with the other guests. The shared full kitchen is on 2nd floor, please take off your shoes if you want to use it.

The townhouse is also equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi. The unit is located just 1 block from N&W trains Ditmars blvd stop. 30 mins on N&W trains to Times Square. 1 avenue away a grocery store, very close to cafes and restaurants that Astoria Queens has to offer. The rest of the townhouse would be shared with me and my family members

This is a very cozy studio in the heart of Astoria. If you haven't visited Astoria before, the local avenues are just around the corner! Subway (M or R) just 2 blocks away. The unit shared with me offers a cozy stay, the bed pulls out of the wall, so you can have the open space if you need. Heated floor for even a cozier stay. I will also be present in the unit during the guests’ stay!
