Appartamento su Ocean Street, direttamente sul lungomare. Sulla scogliera tra Dixon Park e Cooks Hill. Goditi una vista mozzafiato sull'oceano e ammira il sorgere del sole e della luna. Ascolta il suono delle onde mentre ti addormenti dopo una divertente giornata di sole e surf. Nessun rumore della strada, perché l'unica cosa che si frappone tra te e l'oceano è il sentiero pedonale di Bathers Way. Con questo appartamento con due camere da letto in centro, sarai vicino a tutto. Supermercati, bar e ristoranti sono raggiungibili a piedi.

Questo monolocale appena ristrutturato offre un letto king-size, bagno privato, salotto-sala da pranzo e angolo cottura con tutto il necessario per una vacanza sulle rive del lago Macquarie. Goditi appieno la posizione sul lungomare utilizzando i nostri kayak, tavole da paddle, attrezzatura da pesca e molo per acque profonde. Ti aspettano tramonti e giornate di ozio.

Located at the beach and the lake there is plenty to get outside to go explore. PLEASE NOTE This house is the 2nd house(back house) on one block. Its private and has large fences dividing the two. 2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

Open plan living space, flowing out onto an outdoor deck and fire pit. BBQ available for use including BBQ tools, spray oil and paper towel. Also available on request is the use soft top surfboard and a stand-up paddle board for when the surf is flat. Contactless check-in.
