La nostra moderna casa sul lungomare offre una vista ininterrotta su Phegans Bay e sul Parco nazionale di Bouddi da ogni stanza. Puoi vedere fino a Lion Island e Palm Beach Lighthouse. A solo 1 ora dal ponte del porto, a 7 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria e dai ristoranti di Woy Woy, a 10 minuti dall'autostrada. Nelle vicinanze si trovano diverse spiagge incredibili o si accede a Brisbane Waters dal molo privato. Soggiorno interno/esterno fatto per tutta la famiglia: barbecue, forno per pizza, kayak, biblioteca, ping pong, tavolo da biliardo, giochi. La zona relax perfetta.

Appartamento su Ocean Street, direttamente sul lungomare. Sulla scogliera tra Dixon Park e Cooks Hill. Goditi una vista mozzafiato sull'oceano e ammira il sorgere del sole e della luna. Ascolta il suono delle onde mentre ti addormenti dopo una divertente giornata di sole e surf. Nessun rumore della strada, perché l'unica cosa che si frappone tra te e l'oceano è il sentiero pedonale di Bathers Way. Located at the beach and the lake there is plenty to get outside to go explore. PLEASE NOTE This house is the 2nd house(back house) on one block. Its private and has large fences dividing the two. Owner lives in front house. NO PARTYS ALLOWED

Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

Also available on request is the use soft top surfboard and a stand-up paddle board for when the surf is flat. Contactless check-in.
