The studio offers everything you'll need for a comfortable stay: queen bed, new bath, plush sofa, table for two, and other thoughtful amenities. Your pup will be allowed upon approval. A $75.00 non refundable pet fee will be applied after approval.

The Last Minute Cottage Getaway

The Last Minute Cottage is a cozy recently updated STAND ALONE studio in a converted 1940's garage! It is conveniently located 4 blocks from popular Haywood Road and all the West Asheville shops, restaurants, and bars it has to offer. Looking to get outside? The French Broad River, Carrier Park, and the Greenway are only 1/2 mile away. Easy access to float or stroll the river! The cottage is also conveniently located only 2 miles from downtown and just 1 mile from the River Arts District.

Modern Cabin Retreat w/ Sauna

This space was designed with love and care and the hope that all who stay here feel relaxed and connected to nature. We recently added a cedar barrel sauna that heats up quickly and is user friendly. Often we don’t see guests but I’m always available for questions and recommendations. We live "next door" on the same property with our two young sons. The cabin is located in a neighborhood, so while it hopefully feels removed from any hustle and bustle, there is access to many conveniences.

Great neighborhood for walking, 10 minutes to beautiful downtown, a couple minutes to trendy W. Asheville, & 5 minutes to major highways. Suite has a mini kitchen, dining area, queen bed, bunk beds, & cozy seating area with TV all in one space. Easy check-in, close parking, private entrance and patio, chickens and shared fenced yard with playground.

Beautiful lower level guest suite in our West Asheville home. Visitors will enjoy a private deck and self- check in key pad entrance to come and go with ease. You’ll enjoy a king bed, a sofa seat that folds out into a single bed and a newly renovated bathroom. Also, while you are planning your time on the town enjoy plenty of snacks, wine, a mini-fridge, microwave & dish-ware. NOTE: My partner and I live in the upper two levels of the home so you will most likely hear footsteps.

Romantic, Moroccan-Influenced Cottage

One of a kind artist owned and designed cottage in heart of East-West Asheville. Walkable to restaurants/shops, 2 miles from downtown and 5 minutes to Biltmore Estate. TWO beds total. The cottage has a Moroccan vibe and includes handmade pottery, art, and textiles. Walls are clay plaster and all bedding is cotton. Eco friendly cleaning supplies used. Try the outdoor tub for hot bath also! Parking is on Bradley street in front of the cottage or main house. Totally private.
