Onze comfortabele, ruime & sfeervolle bungalow, gelegen in het prachtig bosrijke buitengebied van Holten (nabei de Holterberg), tussen het natuurgebied de Borkeld en het nationaal park de Sallandse heuvelrug. Het gebied is perfect om te fietsen, wandelen en andere buitenactiviteiten uit te oefenen.Wakker worden tussen de vele vogels en eekhoorntjes. In de heerlijke tuin rondom het huis nodigen de verschillende zitjes uit om veel buiten te genieten. Het huis is recentelijk volledig gerenoveert.

In the center of a beautiful tourist town, walking distance to over a dozen bars and restaurants (including 2 Michelin rated), shops, the train station and the second largest natural park in the Netherlands, the Holterberg, sits this large modern, 500 m2/ 5000 sq ft villa with 3 large bathrooms and indoor hottub. All bedrooms have airco. Holten is centrally located within a short drive to historic cities such as Deventer and Zutphen. Amsterdam is about an hour away by train or by car.

This spacious holiday home of no less than 450m3 offers a unique oasis of peace, steeped in history. Enjoy the serene surroundings and slow down a gear while you are embraced by the beautiful nature of the Sallandse Heuvelrug and Espelo. Sploder Zicht is ideal for a relaxing stay, but children (<12 years) are not allowed. Max 2 dogs. No other pets.

Het Bosrijk (Sallandse Heuvelrug)

Tussen de naald- en loofbomen en rondscharrelde eekhoorntjes vind je ons fijne familiehuis Het Bosrijk. Met de ruime woonkamer en drie slaapkamers een heerlijke plek om met je familie of kleine vriendengroep bij te komen van de drukte van de stad. Laaf je aan de houtkachel, maak een lange wandeling over de Sallandse Heuvelrug of eet in één van de fijne restaurants op de Holterberg. In het huis is alles aanwezig voor een weekend of een week ontspannen in bosrijke omgeving.

Tante Dien

Dit huisje staat in het bos en biedt een oase aan rust en is ideaal voor mensen die een basic huis zoeken met enig comfort. Het is geschikt voor 2 volwassenen (1x tweepersoonsbed) en 2 kinderen (slaapkamer met stapelbed). Door een slaapbank (woonkamer) is het aantal slaapplekken uit te breiden naar 6 personen. Het is een mooie uitvalsbasis om in de omgeving te wandelen of een prachtige fietstocht op de Holterberg te maken

Vakantiehuis 'De Bonte Specht' met sauna

Het is een plek om te genieten van de natuur, fiets- en wandeltochten te maken. In de grote tuin zijn veel vogels te zien en te horen en in de sauna kun je relaxen. Het huisje is met persoonlijke spullen ingericht en je voelt je er snel thuis.
