De bovenverdieping / slaapgedeelte heeft geen trap hek en raden we aan om hier geen kleine kinderen te laten verblijven.

The Maastunnel will take you 10 minutes on bicycle to historic Delfshaven and 15 minutes to the city centre of Rotterdam. Take the Ferry to Katendrecht (6 minutes) and you will find yourself in the urban industrial part of the city with many restaurants & bars. The apt. (40m2) is located right in front of the beach and next to the dunes. From your appartment you have a breathtaking view over the sea. It will comfortably fits 2 and is completely new, finished in June 2021. Cozy living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king size bed, perfect WIFI and nice bathroom. You have a private parking spot right next to the apt, as well as a private terrace with dining table and comfy beach chairs. Your dog is very welcome, we allow only 1 dog.

De guesthouse heeft een fijne zithoek met smart-TV met netflix Extra verplichte kosten: Gebruik van de sauna en jacuzzi: € 50.- per nacht Schoonmaakkosten: € 65 euro per verblijf. Het is gelegen in het zuiden van de stad en de straat heeft toegang tot de bus, de tram en fietsverhuur, waardoor mobiliteit gemakkelijk overal in de stad en de omgeving beschikbaar is. In 15 minuten bent u met het openbaar vervoer op het strand of centrum, ook loopt u in 20 minuten naar parken waar u heerlijk kunt genieten van de natuur.

De vakantiewoning is gevestigd, in een oude stal. De boerderij is gelegen in het buitengebied van Rotterdam in een oud buurtschap genaamd 'De Kandelaar'. Hier wonen slechts 30 mensen en het is de perfecte spot midden in de natuur tussen de (grote) steden Rotterdam, Schiedam en Delft. De perfecte plek om de stad en natuur te combineren! Onze boerderij ligt op slechts 5km vanaf Schiedam, 8km vanaf Delft en 12km vanaf Rotterdam en 30 minuten (met de auto) vanaf het strand.

The apartment on the Animathor has been completely renovated, but is still very much a boat. Your apartment is in the front of the ship.
