Wonderful get away - 50 feet from the Rio Chama ! This Northern New Mexico farmhouse, built in 2009, as a home for an artist and Yacht Builder, sits on 7 tranquil acres, next to the Rio Chama. Relax on the screened portal and enjoy the music of the river with all its wildlife to entertain you. Old timers says this might be one of the best fly fishing spots on the river. This cozy 2-story home sits on 10 acres in the Chama River Valley. A seasonal creek runs along edge of land with amazing mountain views. Ideal for a single artist, couple or small family. Hiking + hot springs nearby, including Ghost Ranch, Poshuouingue ruins & Ojo Caliente Springs! Most pets are welcome (for a pet fee).
