La struttura offre anche accesso privato a sentieri per escursioni a piedi, in bicicletta e con le ciaspole, e percorsi per motoslitte e fuoristrada. Lo spazio è l'intero piano inferiore della casa e include camera da letto privata, bagno, ingresso, soggiorno e angolo bar. L'area bar include una macchina per il caffè, un forno a microonde, un mini frigo e un forno tostapane. Non è uno spazio ideale per cucinare.
