Your 1st floor apartment in a new, small, guest house. It has 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, lounge, kitchen and private patio. You can enjoy the heated roof top swimming pool, gym and picnic table. Located close to private beaches and boutique hotels. The Apartment wraps a large private BBQ terrace, outside seating, and access to a second outside kitchen and area. Local restaurants and hotels are a short walk. AC in all rooms. Point aux Canionniers is between Mont Choisy Beach and Grand Baie.

Lush garden with an open view. House is well secured with anti robbery bars and roller shutters for protection. Safe and quiet neighbourhood. Blackout curtains in each bedroom.
