We’ve created this two-bedroom upstairs apartment as a place for couples, remote workers, families & friends seeking some quiet space to rejuvenate & unwind. The octagon shape has been a symbolic architectural theme representing regeneration, rebirth & renewal. Come stay with us to relax & unwind in this unique Outer Banks gem ready for you to enjoy & have fun at the beach.

Treetop Beach Suite

This is a two room, full bath suite with a private entrance on the 3rd floor of a private home. Room enough for four adults or small family (additional charges applied after the first two guests). The uniqueness of the Suite is that you are far enough off the beaten path to relax in a quiet neighborhood and yet be only minutes away from all the Outer Banks has to offer. Children are welcome; however, suite IS NOT childproof. No pets! OWNER LIVES ON SITE, ONLY REGISTERD GUESTS ALLOWED IN SUITE!

The Vitamin Sea is a studio apartment located on the ground level of our primary house. It’s equipped with everything you may need during your getaway.The unit has its own entrance and a private outdoor area to enjoy a morning coffee. It's less than 1 mile walk to the beach (approximately 15-20min depending on pace) and a few blocks away from Mama Kwan's and Plaza Azteca. It's centrally located in Kill Devil Hills. We live upstairs- a family of 3, our son is 6 &a mini goldendoodle-Skye

3rd Floor Waterfront Lighthouse View Downtown

The "hall of art" is an art galleries Laney Layton of Edenton working as an artist since 1973. Just look for her signatures. You tube "tour of Manteo nc" to see this special location in the heart of downtown on a 3rd floor overlooking the lighthouse and Shallowbag bay. Walk to restaurants, bars, shops, docks, and Festival Park/Elizabeth II. Visit The Lost Colony/Fort Raleigh/Elizabethan Gardans, NC Aquarium, Jockey's Ridge, and Much More.
