Ti diamo il benvenuto a "Point Beithe" (che in gaelico significa "punta della betulla"). Questa bellissima casa si trova su un punto proprio, circondata da 180° di lungofiume del fiume Mira. Godrai inoltre dell'accesso alla tua piccola isola privata, collegata da un banco di sabbia poco profondo. Siediti sull'ampio ponte o sul molo galleggiante per goderti la vista sul fiume, lanciare kayak, tavole da paddle e nuotare. Abbiamo sottoscritto il servizio internet più potente offerto nella zona (Starlink). La ricezione del cellulare non è eccezionale nella zona.

Ti diamo il benvenuto nel nostro lotto privato di 3,6 ettari situato su una collina che si affaccia sul bellissimo fiume Mira. Goditi il cottage a pianta aperta con camere da letto spaziose e una grande cucina. Una breve passeggiata giù per la collina ti porterà alla tua spiaggia privata sul fiume Mira, dove potrai nuotare di giorno e goderti un falò di notte. L'ampia terrazza dispone di una grande vasca idromassaggio e di sedie per godersi il panorama. La struttura dispone anche di un sentiero escursionistico di 1 km che circonda la proprietà.

Una passeggiata sul Mira

*Situato tra Sydney e Louisbourg* Goditi questo spazio di nuova costruzione che offre una cucina completa e un bagno alla moda. Un patio esterno privato di fronte al fiume, perfetto per ammirare l'alba sull'acqua. Goditi i kayak o le tavole da SUP ogni giorno, grazie al facile accesso all'acqua. Un molo condiviso di 15 metri si estende in acque poco profonde, a 1 metro di profondità, adatte ai bambini. Questa è l'acqua più calda dell'isola per nuotare. Questo spazio è il luogo perfetto per una famiglia o una coppia che vuole rilassarsi!

Equipped with all the amneties of home for a nice stay , 2 bedroom's included and has lots of room including 2 bathrooms with showers in each. There is Tv's in each unit with a couch to relax. Stove & fridge to cook a nice meal. The Cabot Trail is about an hour away. Newfoundland ferry is 15 mins away. There is an adjoining door in the middle that seperates the units.
