Mosswood Cabin is a cozy (hygge, gezellig) 700 sq ft year-round cabin located on the Manitoba Escarpment. 8000 years ago, it was lakefront property on Glacial Lake Agassiz, now it’s 40 acres of gorgeous parkland forest, with a seasonal creek winding its way through a deep ravine, access to many kilometres of multi-use trails, and part of a regular raptor, songbird, and monarch migratory route. The cabin is equipped with a full kitchen, a bathroom, a wood stove, and an outbuilding electric sauna.

Finch Hut

Located in Turtle Mountain Provincial Park, our off-grid huts are a great base for adventurers of all ages and abilities year-round. Our huts pack a lot into their small 160 square foot footprint. They feature a modern design, with a wood burning stove, cooking area, eating and sleeping space and storage racks for your gear. Outside the huts there is a deck space, outdoor cooking area, and gear storage for your skis or bikes. Each hut also has it's own outhouse, picnic table and fire pit.

This unique place has a style all of its own! The apartment was once one large classroom and now it has 2 spacious bedrooms with queen size beds, a bathroom, and an open plan, well-stocked kitchen and living room, with private access to a laundry and 2nd bathroom on a lower level. Pelican Lake is a few mins walk, as is the Motor Hotel (beer store), a grocery store, (gas stn. & liquor mart), a Lounge & Restaurant, Bait Store, and post office.
