Lepage Maison #1 features 6BR/3BA Sleeps 16 is situated in the extremely walk-able Bayou St. John/City Park/Fairgrounds neighborhood. Located just two short blocks from pedestrian entrance to the Jazz Fest, 1.5 mi from the French Quarters and mins from the Streetcar Line.

This elegant rental is situated in the extremely walkable Bayou St. John/City Park/Fairgrounds neighborhood. Located just two short blocks from the pedestrian entrance to the Jazz Fest, one block from regal tree-lined Esplanade Ave, with many restaurants and grocery stores.

The vivacious French Quarter is 1.5 miles (7 mins by car) away from the French Quarter. You may take a 15 minute walk to the Carrolton/St. Charles Streetcar line (or walk one half block and ride the bus).

Lepage Maison 1 occupies the entire first floor of a historic home
which has been fully remodeled. With 2,100 sq ft of living space, this apartment comfortably sleeps up to 17 guests in 8 separate sleeping areas. The Unit Features a Master Loft Suite with a en-Suite Full Bath. Lepage Maison #1 also features 3 separate accesses with no shared space with the other aforementioned Lepage 6 Balcony vacation rental on the entire 2nd Floor of this beautiful home.
This unit is considered a "Whole House" rental because it has its own independent entrance and share no interior spaces with the upstairs unit.

Layout
You walk onto the large porch (with authentic gas lights), into the main entrance, open the door to a grand hallway with 12' ceilings (through out the unit). To your left is BR1 with a Queen Size Bed / Sleeps 2 and ottoman with a fold out twin bed mattress; the hallway then leads a fully equipped kitchen with a dinning room table, new stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher; to the right past the kitchen is a Full bath w/ a beautiful Spa like shower; to the left is BR 2 with a Queen Size Bed / Sleeps 2 and a Ottoman (twin foldout bed); a door connects BR2 to the BR3 in the Master Loft Suite...this Suite contains aTrundle/Daybed that folds out or pops up into two twin mattresses / Sleeps 2 there is a second loft level which contains two twin beds...the rest of the Suite contains full bath; Going back to the main entrance and Grand Hallway, if you make a right (before the kitchen) then you enter into a large Great Room which contains a Ottoman twin sleeper, 55" 4K Direct TV with HBO/Showtime Movie Channels, etc.; past the pocket doors of the Great Room is a Washer/Dryer to the left and a hallway leading to a large Sunroom to the right...the Sunroom contains a Daybed/Trundle; the Sunroom connects to a door on the left to BR4 which contains Queen Size Bed / Sleeps 2; the Sun Room connects to a hallway which leads to a full bathroom on the left; straight a head is the large BR5 which contains a Queen Size Bed / Sleeps 2 and an Ottoman twin sleeper (Sleeps 1).

There are 12 foot ceilings throughout, Pocket Doors, and hardwood floors. Each Bedroom has a (URL HIDDEN) ROKU TVs and TVs Direct TV (Direct TV with premium movie channels and NFL Sunday Ticket Available) , a blueray DVD player, wifi through the house, Keyless Networked Locks and appliances using state of the art Z-wave technology, and local coffee.

Off Street parking is included for two cars parked on a slant. Also, there is usually ample parking on both the Lepage and Dupre sides of this corner house.

Drop your suitcase and walk or take a bus (bus stop one half block away) or uber/taxi minutes to the French Quarter, Bourbon St., or downtown.

Relax and Refresh in the over-sized vintage "Claw" tub after you have grooved to Festival Favorites. Our Kitchen is fully equipped and only requires ingredients purchased to try your hand at cooking some Traditional New Orleans Cuisine. Groceries and four great restaurants are in walking distance (2 blocks) from the apartment.

All linens and towels are included in this unit, as well as cookware and dishes/utensils. This apartment is truly ready to be ENJOYED as home base for your Festival adventure!

The patio area includes a large and beautiful newly built deck.

If you need to catch up on business, or cruise the internet, utilize the free high speed WIFI.

Additional features include: free on-site washer/dryer and central air and heat.

Mandolin House (City Park area)

This Spacious family home is located in the City Park/ Bayou St John Area just 3.5 miles away from the French Quarter, Bourbon St, and the Superdome features 6BR/2.5BA, and over 1700 sq ft of living space.

Covid-19 Cleaning Procedures

In response to the Covid-19 pandemic we have teamed up with our third-party cleaning service to develop a very stringent cleaning protocol. Our plan includes personal protection guidelines and upgraded housekeeping cleaning products to kill the mandated 99.9% of Germs, Viruses and Bacteria.
Personal Protection
• Operations personnel and housekeeper’s temperature is frequently checked for fever and required to stay at home if fever is 100.4% or higher and feeling Ill.
• Operation Personnel is required to wear recommended personal protection and maintain 6ft social distancing guidelines. Masks, Gloves and shoe covers are worn at all times while servicing the unit. All employees have been trained on cross contamination procedures as new Personal protection wear is changed between servicing other units.
Prevention
• Housekeeping uses high grade cleaning products approved to kill 99% of Germs, Viruses and Bacteria.
• Housekeepers now use a more enhanced cleaning procedure targeting “High Touched” areas including Doorknobs, Light switches, electronic knobs and remotes, kitchen appliances/ Handles and bathroom fixtures/ faucets etc.
• Disinfectant spray applied to all hard surfaces and furniture after through cleaning.
We are committed to ensuring the safety of everyone involved. These necessary precautions also ensure you feel comfortable and enjoy your stay in a fresh and clean environment.

We had a group of 16 and were all very comfortable with the beautiful quiet house with a short ride to the heart of New Orleans. I highly recommend this property and neighborhood...I wouldn't change a thing!

We stayed at this lovely location for a friends weekend getaway and it was perfect. The house is beautifully decorated and everyone was happy with the amenities. We got a chance to meet the owner and he was very nice and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again while visiting one of my favorite cities.

This is a very nice and beautifully furnished property. It was larger than we were expecting, so we had plenty of room. The property manager were very attentive and responsive. And though it's only a short drive from the rowdy French Quarter, the property is located in a very peaceful neighborhood.
