This wonderful light & spacious home is just across the street from the ocean.

Lo spazio
It has views of the ocean from the front and views of the beach and ocean from the great room, kitchen & back deck. It has a total of 4-bedrooms and 2-baths. The two upstairs rooms have King sized beds, and the 2 downstairs bedrooms both have 2 twin beds. The Great room contains a Family room, Kitchen and a Dining area with a nice peek of the 15th Ave beach. Reverse floor plan with living room, great room, 2 bedrooms & 1 bath with shower/tub upstairs. The large Game room downstairs has a Pool table, a Ping-Pong table and a game of Skittles, made of wood. There is also the new large washer/dryer in this room that is very quiet, so folks can play while the laundry is being done. There is a wireless router in the Family Room for DSL connection. New upgrades include locally harvested and newly installed hardwood floors, and low VOC paint throughout. There is a fully fenced-in yard with gate on the driveway. Easy, and less than a 1 block walk to the marvelous large & sandy Sunny Cove Beach and just 2 blocks to the wonderful local Farmers Market on Sundays during the summer. Off-street parking for 4+ cars. Sorry no pets.
