This unit is a large one bedroom with an enclosed solarium, pantry for dry goods, in suite laundry, parking stall, concierge for package drop off, air conditioning unit, queen size sleigh bed, lots of light during the day, jack and Jill bathroom plus a den for luggage.

This is an excellent location. Everything you need is within walking distance. You can leave your car parked and explore the city by foot.

The unit is a one bedroom with a den to store luggage or can be converted into an extra bedroom for children, solarium with air conditioning unit for summer months, In suite laundry, pantry for dry goods.

I will meet all guests upon arrival and provide them with a tour of the building, complete the necessary documents to register you with the building as required under the strata property act. All residents must be registered. If you prefer a late check in the documents will be left with the concierge, Welcome package with internet details inside the unit on the kitchen counter. I will meet you the following morning to introduce myself and take you on tour of the building and garbage area which is located outside the building.

garbage area is monitored. fines of up to 200. for improper dumping are automatically issues for improper dumping as per the rules for the building. Rules will be left inside the unit on the kitchen counter as well.

If you prefer a late check in the keys will be left in your name with the concierge for when you arrive and all the information on the kitchen counter. Welcome Package. I will meet you the following morning to provide you with a tour of the building.

Garbage room located outside the building. Monitored so please do not dump your garbage if you are not sure where it goes just ask me or the concierge. When in doubt just message me to avoid fines. 200. fine for improper dumping of garbage area.

More than happy to go through the tour once again if you forget due to jet lag.

Canada Line is located on Georgia. You can catch it at the airport and stop downtown and walk to the Electric Avenue. Approx 15 minute walk or you can take the taxi from the airport.

The taxi driver can drop you off in the breeze way of the building. Enterance is off Burrard where the starbucks is located.

Pets are allowed in the building. All pets must be cleared before making a reservation. size and breed. Pet deposits may be required. carpet cleaning not included in the rental fee. The building has bylaws in place for breed and size of the pet. All pets need to be disclosed up front. Failure to do so will result in cancel of the guests reservation and fines of up to 200 by the strata.
We do not accept any short term rentals. The min is one full month.
Hydro bills... heat and lights in your apartment during winter months. We do place a cap on all the heating bills. They are set at 50.00 per month. We encourage all our guests to conserve energy and turn down or off their thermostat when they leave.

If you hydro bill is excessive we will address this with you and your will need to cover the overage. Cap per month is 50.00.

There is no smoking anywhere in the unit or building or common areas.

I live in the Electra. I have lived in this building for 20years. Great views, excellent location, I walk everywhere. Everything that I need is within walking distance. The farmers market in summer is my favourite! Just a block away. Fresh veggies, coffee, fruit, pastries, cinnamon buns! Fresh. I love Vancouver and am sure you will to. There is lots to see and do anytime of the year. I love to hike, finished the tough mudder in whistler, I love to hike the grouse grind, swim in kits beach it is an Olympic size pool with fresh salt water , cycle the city or simply chilling out in one of the many restaurants in yaletown and people watch. You can also walk around Stanley park seawall. The beach is a 15 to 20 minute walk from the building I have eaten my way through most of Vancouver. So many great restaurants Cactus club always consistently good. Thierry has great chocolates and cakes and hot chocolate made of real chocolates Savory island company in the north shore makes the best pies in town! Order ahead Thia restaurant on Burrard Nam in kits Nubu in yaletown Earls High end steak Houses in yaletown ELISA Gotham And so many more. Love to check out new restaurants and pubs and there are plenty in Vancouver! Or Check out the salmon hatchery at Cleveland damn and hike the trails Of course Capilano suspense Lynn canon explore our city or drive to Kelowna to check out the wineries or simply stay at home and chill out watching the sunset. Rain or shine this is the city to see in Canada. Summer or winter. Ski in Whistler during the winter while in Vancouver you can walk the sea wall. Lots of nature, hikes, restaurants and events. Vancouver is a great place to live and work. I truly enjoy this city all year round. I have been in the customer service industry most of my life. I would love to visit Morocco and Istanbul and many other parts of the world but live vicariously through my guests from all over the world for now. I love to read, watch Netflix of course, business and world events. We are a city that cares about our oceans, animals and parks and people.

Not a problem. If you lose your clicker you must see the concierge for a new one. They are $75.00 to replace. All guests must be registered with the building when they check in. Required under the strata property act.
