Apartment, has a number of areas, particularly in the windows sides opens up an amazing image. Also has a balcony with terrace. My place is close to restaurants and dining, nightlife, family-friendly activities, and public transport. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
Apartment is very bright and cozy, newly decorated. Ground floor apartment. Spacious two separate bedrooms and living room area, well equipped kitchen and private bathroom with washing mashine and dryer. Balcony with wooden floor terrace and furniture is the best way for spending your time in fresh air with fantastic Bergen City Center and Bryggen view. The apartment has electrical heating in all rooms and floor heating in bathroom, so the winter period is very cozy and warm. Bathroom with best quality equipment and convenient shower will serve you very well during the visit.

100 meters up the street payable parking available just for two hours, you can pay to parkomat or by mobile app "P I Bergen" , Zone 6004, charging about 22 NOK/Hour Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 till 23:00, Saturdays 8:00 - 17:00, Sundays and other hours - free of charge.
Best parking is 5 minutes by walk located down the hill near the Fitness center. There you can park hourly or daily for 175 NOK.
There is extra charge may applies for our arrival and extra charge for our late arrival after 9PM.
Check In & Check Out
Residents may check in from 4.00 pm; earlier, by prior arrangement. We ask residents to check out of their rooms by 11.00 am on the date of their departure to allow us time to complete service for new occupants. Please leave the keys in the safety box near the apartment door.
All rooms are wi-fi enabled. Connection is free for residents. You will find hot spot details on the separate sheet.
Our apartments are non-smoking properties. We levy €100 fine after housekeeping finds ashes or bad smoke smell.
Quiet hours are between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am, please show respect for other residents and keep noise level down. You will be responsible for paying a compensation of €150 in case of neighborhoods, other tenants of the house or municipal officers shows at the property due to the noise complaint
We are happy to offer accommodation for well-behaved dogs with their owners for a small charge of €15.00 per stay. We request that dogs are not left unattended in their rooms at any time or are allowed to sit on the furnishings including the bed and the sofa. If you wish to bring your dog and leave them in your room for a short time we request you bring a crate or cage for them.
Cleanliness and hygiene
Each property will be cleaned, prepared, reviewed for your arrival to welcome you in the best condition. As a respectful tenant, you must leave it clean throughout at the end of the rental period.
All linen is carefully sanitary washed , dried, ironed. All linen is freshly changed for every arrival. We reserve the right to charge a penalty for non respect and/or misuse of linen.
You must keep the temporary rental accommodation and all furniture, fittings, effects, facilities and equipment in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the stay, and leave the rental accommodation in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found. You are responsible for all damage or loss which occurs to the property or its contents during your occupation, and will be responsible for paying appropriate compensation to us as representative for the Property Owner in the event of damage.
