Our property is located four blocks from St. Helena’s Main Street in the heart of the famed Napa Valley wine country. The house sleeps a maximum of 6 guests with 2 baths.

This modern, Architect-designed home features unique finishes and furnishings as well as outdoor spaces set in beautiful landscaping. Welcoming family, groups & friends since 2012 to celebrate landmark events or just relax.

Nightly rate includes 13% St Helena tax (permit #2012-25)

Lo spazio
The house features stained concrete floors, galvanized metal finishes, stucco, rustic wood beams, re-purposed barn doors and antique light fixtures. There is air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. Convenient parking for 2 vehicles is steps from the front door.

The living room has a grand piano, wood burning fireplace and beautifully restored bamboo living rm set, as well as smart TV, DVD, and library of videos, games and books. Nine foot French doors with copper screen pocket doors lead to one of the several outdoor spaces.

The compact "cook's" kitchen has been recently updated with solid wood counters and a Shaw sink to complement the Thermadore gas stove and Sub-Zero refrigerator. Baths in the main house have tiled showers with glass doors and there is a laundry room with complementary washer and dryer.

The main house second floor has high quality wool carpets and a bath with recently installed Italian stone tile flooring and a solid wood counter with counter-top sink. The open second floor loft with its 1850's American four poster can be made visually private by drawing curtains.

The cottage is about 10 steps from the main house, via a covered patio that has comfortable outdoor seating. The cottage has its own bath with tiled shower, a queen bed and individual heating and AC units. This is the ideal spot for guest(s) who enjoy quiet privacy and is not suitable for children.

Three separate outdoor areas, with outdoor furniture, are situated in the beautifully landscape, private yard. Hedges and fencing screens from adjacent properties. Conducive for relaxing after a long day of wine tasting. The outdoor barbecue is a Weber Performa, charcoal model.

Cotton linens, feather comforters and pillows are on all beds. One set of cotton towels are provided for each guest with several extra bath towels stored in the laundry room.

This house was developed over time and additions reflect past uses, such as the stucco wall in the living room which had been an exterior wall. These instances add great interest and appeal. The wonderful spaces create a great feeling of sanctuary and sheltered peace. Enjoy.

The entire house and yard are available for exclusive use of the guests. Some storage spaces are not available and are locked and identified. Guests will be provided their own access code to the main exterior doors. Occasionally the separate cottage is occupied by the owner.

Our home is ideal for 2 couples who value the privacy provided by two very separate bedrooms, each with a nearby, same floor private bath.

For the same rate per night, if your group needs 3 beds, up to 6 guests can be accommodated by using the comfortable, double bed located in the open loft with privacy curtains on the 2nd floor of the main house. Please note however, that the second floor bathroom, which is accessed through the loft bedroom, is shared with the other bedroom on the 2nd floor. Alternatively, the bath on the first floor which is accessed off a hallway can be used by 2nd floor guests.

The City of Saint Helena requires a short term rental permit and business license. Our Short Term Rental Permit is #2012-25 and Business License is #133932. The required city tax is included in the rental rate.

While our site and the first floor are on one level; these spaces are not handicapped accessible. Pets and smoking are not allowed and children, while welcome, must always be supervised by a responsible adult.

4 PM check-in, 11 AM check-out. Sorry, early check-ins/check-outs can not be accommodated.
