The flat is located in a secure residential building on the 5th floor which is accessible via an elevator or stairs. As you enter into the flat, in front of you is the open living kitchen and dining area. Down the corridor there are the 3 bedroom, 1 ensuite bathroom and family bathroom.
This is our home and as such you will find many of our personal items here - we ask that you treat our home with the respect that you would treat your own place!

LIVING AREA / KITCHEN / DINING AREA

This room is lovely and light thanks to the large windows. The open plan kitchen adjoins to the living area and has everything you will need including large fridge freezer and cooking amenities. You are welcome to use our Nespresso machine, which we will provide coffee pods for.
The living room has a large unique leather sofa, which is perfect for relaxing on after a long day out exploring what London has to offer. The large flat screen TV has Freeview channels, DVD player and Apple TV.
The funky 70’s inspired dining table is a great feature and can sit 4 people comfortably.

BEDROOMS
The master bedroom is very spacious with a sumptuous king size bed. The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed. Both beds will be spotlessly made up using hotel quality linen. There will also be plenty of space in the wardrobes for you to hang your clothes up and store your belongings away. The third bedroom has a double sofa bed which will be made up for you if requested at booking.

BATHROOMS

Overall, the apartment was great! We had a bit of a hard time finding the place as the entrance isn't on Whitehall, but in an alley steps away from Whitehall. The apartment was spacious, even with 5 adults, especially the living area. My only concern was the shared bathroom. There was quite a bit of water damage by the window and the glass door didn't fully close so water would get all over the floor. They provided nice clean white towels and hotel like amenities (mini shampoo bottles, soap, etc). They were also very accommodating with my last minute request in needing to set up the sofa bed. The location is amazing as it's just a few steps from Trafalgar square, so overall, I would recommend this apartment.

We absolutely loved this apartment! We would highly recommend! Mark was amazing and very responsive. We booked months in advance and I continuously asked him questions, and he was very helpful. This was the perfect location! In the center of everything you need to do. There was also a hop-on-hop-off bus tour stop right in front of the apartment. That was very helpful! The apartment itself was very clean and beautiful. We had a woman meet us when we got there and she showed us around to check us in. She was excellent! The apartment easily accommodated the six of us. The only suggestion I would have is to put an outlet in the bathrooms. There was only an outlet for Shavers, but we couldn't easily plug in the blow dryer or curling iron. Other than that, we have no other suggestions. We had an amazing time and would love to come back one day!

Mark’s apartment is beautiful and perfectly located. My family and I stayed for three days and we highly recommend it if you are short of time and planning on walking to most iconic touristic sights. Communication with Lavanda’s team was very fluent. Everything we needed was already set up for us before our arrival, and a very kind member of their team was there to greet us and explain everything we needed to know.

This was a fantastic spot for a week long vacation in London. The location near Trafalgar Square is perfect. Many things are in walking distance and there are several tube stops, many bus stops and even a ferry terminal on the Thames within a few blocks. Communication and check in were quick and easy. The apartment was spotless and had thoughtful touches like power adapters and a hair dryer. I'd be happy to stay here again.

If you want to be in the centre of London, this is the perfect place! The space is very large, clean and walkable to all of downtown London. Check-in/out was simple and I was provided with a contact if there was anything that I needed. My family and I had a wonderful time and I would suggest this flat to anyone!
