This flat is located at the back of a property within the backyard of the main house. You will have access through the driveway into the yard where you will be able to come and go as you please
The seperate bathroom has plenty of hot water and fresh towels for your enjoyment.
The highly functional kitchenette has a bar fridge, full sized oven, microwave, water filter, crockery cutlery and a variety of cooking equipment to assist you culinary skills.

Semaphore has a bustling main street to cater for all your needs including plenty of delicious eateries, supermarkets, newsagencies, post office, hair dressers, florists, giftwares, chemists and clothes shops.

Guests can access the flat through the shared driveway on the side of the house.. (Please note your parking is on street only and the driveway is simply used as an access point for you)

This is an absolutely NO smoking zone/alcohol free zone.
As this is within a shared backyard we expect consideration with your noise levels.
If you want to invite guests for dinner or a cup of tea we would expect you to have common sense, understanding the space is only designed for a couple of people at a time. No large groups (more than 4 people), No parties and No excess loud music. Because there is two cats living in the main house we have a strict no pets policy. Guide dogs will be accepted at our discretion and MUST be requested at time of booking.
