Located in the "Beverly Hills" of Aruba. This completely renovated property is across the street from what most would consider some of the best beaches in the world. Boca catalina is steps from the property with Arubas best snorkeling area, and Arashi beach is walking distance as well. Property has 4 units with complete independent entrances. Garden is a relaxation heaven with beautiful plants and laid back pool area.

Location is one of the best in aruba if you enjoy the beach. Nestled in the best snorkeling area in Aruba. All catamarans and tours go to this area to snorkel. From our property it is a walk across the street and enjoy the relaxing ocean and beautiful beaches.

I grew up in aruba from when I was a baby. Went off to live in Miami in 1998 and returned in 2012. My wife Amanda and two daughters Victoria & Amaya love to enjoy Aruba's incredible relax life and beaches . I enjoy spending time with them and playing Beach tennis is my passion here in aruba. We fell in love and took over a Boutique Property across the street from the Marriott known as Hotel Modern World Aruba. The property is beautiful and is helping us live the Airbnb Life experience and meet people from all around the world which we feel is the perfect DREAM JOB! Host happy people on vacation in Aruba in a beautiful location near everything but also far enough to be relaxed.
