Immaculate Post Modern situated on over an acre of land. While the outside offers manicured greenery and heated swimming pool to set the scene, the interior offers high cathedral ceilings, living room, dining area with double glass doors, and an eat-in kitchen.

The two-tiered mahogany deck featured in the backyard provides ample space for entertaining or simply soaking up the sun. Take a rinse in the outdoor shower before enjoying a few laps or pick a book and lounge on one of the four lounge chairs or four chairs with cushions with two ottomans. Afterwards, you can light up the barbecue should you prefer to eat in. If not, make a reservation anywhere in Southampton, Bridgehampton, or Sag Harbor being that all are easily accessible from Northside Seclusion.

Your group has a choice of three bedrooms (one with a king, one with two twins that can be pushed together to make a king, and another with a queen) plus a second living room with a queen size sleeping sofa (open area). In addition, there is an office that is part of the master suite, with a chaise lounge, perfect for a young child. Also included are two full bathrooms and one half bath.

The property is fully gated for ultimate privacy, leaving you with the effect of a true and intimate vacationing experience.

Bathroom Configuration: 2 Full, 1 Half

Suitability: Not suitable for unrelated guests.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

Pet Policy: One dog of 25 lbs or less is permitted. Dogs over 25 lbs are prohibited unless express approval is provided. All other pets (including multiple dogs) are prohibited unless express approval is provided (please inquire).

Utility Disclaimer:
Normal usage of the following utilities is included in the total booking amount:
Pool Heating (if applicable), Pool/Hot-Tub Maintenance (if applicable), Heating Oil/Propane/Natural Gas, Electricity, Cable/TV/Internet/Phone, Garbage Removal, Garden and Lawn Maintenance, and Additional Cleanings (if applicable)

If the cost of utilities exceeds $75.00/night, guest will be responsible for the difference. Cleanings during a guest's stay and pay-per-view orders are not included in the cost of utilities.

Cleaning Disclaimer: All reservations longer than one week must be professionally cleaned once per week, the cost of which is borne by the guest. For clarity purposes, the cost of in-stay cleanings are separate and above the fees collected at the time of booking.

Pool Disclaimer: Due to the climate of the northeastern U.S., outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.

Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. If your booking falls outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking.

Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise. If renter must cancel the reservation, Marquis will re-list availability, and in the event Marquis is able to re-book the nights renter originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage renter to purchase travelers insurance (which Marquis offers) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival.

While StayMarquis manages this listing, the guest experience is managed by the owner of this property, meaning all property preparation, arrival coordination, in-stay communication, and requests for maintenance tasks are performed by the owner. However, StayMarquis will provide you with a “Guest Experience Manager” who can help facilitate any request, from grocery shopping to organizing a private chef.
