This Bright & Spacious one bedroom long term rental unit (28 + days) is located at the beautiful and prestigious King's Wharf development. This unit is fully equipped to be your home away from home. Alderney Gate Ferry Terminal, which connects you to the heart of downtown Halifax (10 minute ferry ride), is a quick 4 minute walk from the building. Also the quaint little core of downtown Dartmouth is a 2 minute walk, offering a variety of restaurants, pubs, brewery's and shops.

Lo spazio
This unit faces NW towards Alderney Drive and Downtown Dartmouth. For those unfamiliar with the King's Wharf Development, there is a CN Rail low-speed train track that runs between the development and Alderney Drive. While the train noise is significantly reduced when the patio door of the unit is closed, those who are very sensitive to noise may not be suited for this unit. The train passes 1-3 times per day.

King's Wharf is a new development that is steps from the heart of Downtown Dartmouth and the Alderney Ferry Terminal. Downtown Dartmouth offers cozy coffee shops, pubs, trendy restaurants as well as essentials such as banks, pharmacies etc.
